PROCESSING TIME: Processing time is about 7-10 business days ONCE YOUR PROOF IS APPROVED (sometimes longer depending on demand, but would be communicated with you). Please realize we take the utmost care and attention to detail to hand make each order one at a time.
SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class for FREE within the USA or you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. (this does not expedite processing time). Global Priority Mail for international orders.
IMPORTANT!!!! If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been approved we will refund your order minus 30% to cover the cost of all the setup work and materials purchased for your order. Thank you for understanding. The setup is the one of the most time consuming parts of completing an order.
